Welcome to Sun Eagle Bay (SEB)! Established in 1985, our lakeside subdivision rests along the beautiful shores of Lake Fork in East Texas. For more than 30 years, Sun Eagle Bay has grown into a friendly, close-knit community where neighbors look out for one another and where families can relax, play, and enjoy the natural beauty of our surroundings.
The SEB Owners Association was created to give residents a voice and a platform to share ideas, raise concerns, and work together toward meaningful improvements. From maintaining our shared amenities to planning neighborhood projects and community events, the Association is committed to keeping SEB safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all who call it home.
At Sun Eagle Bay, we take pride not only in our amenities—such as our gated entrance, swimming pool, private boat ramps, fishing piers, playground, and lakeside park—but also in the spirit of cooperation that makes living here so special. We believe every member contributes to the strength of our community, and we invite all residents to get involved, connect with their neighbors, and help us continue building a place we’re proud to call home.
